Lovely staff, very clean, lovely spacious room

Another wonderful stay at the hotel. This is the only one we consider when coming to Melbourne. A suggestion would be to have notices to guests to remind them to be quiet during a period of time. For example in the UK, Premier Inn had quiet time between 10pm and 7am.

Nice room, and overall service and staff good. But not impressed with breakfast service, particularly on the morning of 1 January. Yes, it was very busy but better organisation and management would have assisted in a better breakfast service and experience.

The room is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn’t turn on the TV using the remote control and had to use the main power switch instead. The staff offered to change the room, but it wasn’t necessary.
