It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.

5 nights there. it is situated at a quiet area which you can rest. yet convenience does not compromise. the hotel is of chic design. So if you look for a relaxing bubble bath or comfortable club chair or soft cushioned chair, this will not be for you. yet i like the toilet is separated from shower area. And it is nice amsterdam history details is painted on the toilet walls. breakfast is offering food of good quality. I would like to have more greens.

《這家飯店除了交通方便一無是處》飯店緊臨著機場，步行幾分鐘就能到，交通非常方便，但是號稱5星價格的香格里拉飯店本身硬件很差，這麼貴的飯店房間竟然沒有冰箱、沒有送喝的礦泉水、沒有煮水壺，傢俱簡陋如同2星飯店，床很爛，真的很無語，打掃人員打掃時很吵鬧，真的很像住在學生宿舍。

The room is clean and tidy. The view is very beautiful. The service is awesome. All staff are very nice and professional. I like that it is not close to the centre so I can enjoy the environment in a better way(yet it is very convenient to go to the centre by taking a bus) Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for accommodation in Amsterdam.
