Beautiful property with excellent amenities. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Had great options readily available for dining and the pools were awesome.

Nice stay. Was in town for a pool tournament. Great location to get on the monorail. Parking garage was a hike. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Pros: Great location, lively resort, good value, large rooms, excellent bath, comfortable beds Cons: Our room was only cleaned 1/4 days, the elevators didn’t work properly leading to long queues on 2 of the days, the equipment in the gym is terrible (creaking, broken, dirty, nothing to wipe down and disinfect machines with after use) Overall a decent stay and we’d recommend but if you want a decent gym this isn’t the one to go for.

I have always liked the flamingo when I have stayed there. But, this time in the suite the phones (X3) did not dial out to be able to call housekeeping. I had to go down to the lobby. A supervisor on duty told me it is a federal law phones have to work in rooms for guest. Since, they weren't working I may have to move and they don't have any suites. First, if it is a federal law phones have to work, how many guest prior to our stay have been in that room and the phones doesn't work. Second, how do you all know the phones doesn't work in rooms. Who doesn't check particular things if it is a federal law. Third, when, I first called housekeeping, I had to use a family members phone in their room to call to order items. It took them hours before I received the items I requested. That never used to happen. The second request when I went down to lobby, I never received. All I needed were the items I requested. I don't care about phone not working. But, if it's a federal law, the flamingo need to handle all phones that doesn't work in rooms. Lastly, I could not check out on any of the TVs. It would not go to menu. We couldn't watch TV because remotes weren't working properly. It would say unavailable or accessing. But they want to charge all this money for early check-in when things aren't even working properly.
