The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed.
It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

A SOLID hotel... Super solid... No where near a beach( that's good) and short 5 minute walk to the super lotus market.. -everything an anything you want -
The staff are SENSATIONAL, the rooms awesome, every room and patio has a entrance to the property pool that runs all over.. the water in the pool was perfect temperature and showers.. huge with great water pressure
The good- the property is amazing and clean, fantastic staff and layout..
The not so good ...... Beds are hard (ask for a topper),
Breakfast is lackluster.
But a solid place to stay..i would go back

Our stay was comfortable and convenient. Staff was nice and they allowed us to check in early which was great. But please note there is a long walk through the city in order to reach the beach. This is not a beachfront resort at all.

Nap Patong Hotel celebrating NYE 2026.
Everything is walking distance, the pool area is quite . Hotel staff are super attentive, Breakfast is OK , the selection is not huge but tasty .. I recommand the stay , Im traveling 30 years around the globe. As Solo traveler .. I enjoyed my stay.
