When traveling to Pasadena, this looked like the perfect hotel to stay in, and it certainly was! The room was excellent. The shower was my favorite part, the design of the bathroom and room made it feel so spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, and made the check in/out process so smooth. The pool and gym are on the third floor, so the views of Pasadena and the nearby mountains were so pretty! Truly a beautiful place to visit. The restaurant/bar service at the pool was excellent, and if you like coffee, you’ll love the breakfast/coffee shop adjacent to the lobby. From parking, to cleanliness, to friendly staff this hotel checks every box! And it’s in a perfect location to walk around and see Pasadena!

Centrally located in MDR. Close proximity to the harbor and many restaurants. T Parking is valet parking ONLY and cost $52/ night! The room is not sound proof… one can hear the outside and upstairs noise. Restaurant is pricey.

We booked a Casita room for a 3 day weekend for our last trip before we have our first baby. I didn’t put any notes or anything on what we were there for, but when we checked in we were informed we had been upgraded to an oceanfront suite. We were blown away by this room. It was massive and had multiple balconies to sit on and enjoy the views. We ended up spending most of our time in the room because it was just the best. We did go to the adult pool and another quiet pool that were both very nice. Megan at the vista pool was great! We had breakfast at the Catalina kitchen a few times which was great. The room service was great. I do wish I had done a little more research and made reservations for the other restaurants on site as they were booked. Overall it was an amazing place and we were so thankful they upgraded us, we didn’t want to leave!

Easy to check in / check out. Affordable, comfortable & safe.

Clean room. However, shower valve too tight initially difficult, but operates fine.
