8/10 Very good! (1,992 reviews)
The staff was super helpful with letting us early check in and store our luggage. The bar was nice to have in the lobby to start our evenings and had really fair priced drinks as well. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The towels and shower were just the tiniest bit dirty, but it was so minimal.

We loved this hotel. The room was a bit cramped, but since we barely in it, it wasn’t an issue. The shower didn’t drain well, and the water pressure was REALLY strong. When I showered, there was a bit of a pool in the shower. Other than that, we didn’t have any problems.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind with whatever we needed.
The hotel was conveniently located near MSG and Macy’s. Would stay here again!
