Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.

The room was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was not a problem at all.

I stayed at this hotel for four days, and this is my second review. In my first review, I gave the highest grades because the front desk staff during my initial check‑in were excellent. Unfortunately, my second check‑in was handled by a staff member with noticeably poorer manners, and the shower fixture in my bathroom was also falling apart. I hope these issues are just individual cases, as the hotel does have good potential when service is consistent.

Valet staff was a joke. We handed our ticket to valet and were told it may be a minute since they were backed up, which we understood. We then waited an hour outside by the valet stand until I finally asked whether where we were at in the queue. The valet staff then said he thought we were waiting on an Uber even though he took our ticket and told us to wait. Only to find out he never called it in and never even apologized for having us wait an hour for nothing.
