We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. From check in to check out. Staff were top notch when it comes to hospitality. What’s really special is they upgraded our rooms. The place is clean and breakfast is wonderful. We will stay again.

The place itself is nice. But the food is disappointing. Not only is it expensive, it doesn’t taste good. The pasta we ordered on the first night at Kilimanjaro cafe was not thoroughly cooked. You can taste and see the hard shell. The staff are amazing.

We’re so happy to stay in Shangrila Mactan Cebu,
Good buffet breakfast, complimentary Snorkeling Safari was fun, all the staff were all friendly & courteous. Nice clean beachfront & pools.
Restaurants services were great.
I really appreciate the help of Account Sales Manager that she go above & beyond to help us book a good deal for extended 1 night stay.
We definitely comeback .
