「The rooms and hotel interior were nice, but the hotel is new and not yet ready to receive guests. The rooms had a sewage smell, the air conditioning did not work properly at night, and the electricity kept going on and off. The internet was also not working on the first day. Some staff members were extremely kind and helpful, especially with arranging taxis, and they tried to compensate us for the inconveniences. However, others seemed indifferent to our complaints.」

However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel.
