Yes perfect, polite and friendly

On my check-out day, the guest elevator was down. It took me about 10 mins waiting and getting down to lobby. Except this incident, everything else was really good. The ocean view of the room was exceptional. Thanks.

I just want complain my reservation was partial view ocean room ! When arrived check in counter they said my room is face garden no ocean view ? If I want partial ocean view one day need extra charge $100 per day ! That is unfair but at the moment I don’t have choice paid $100 extra per day to have partial ocean view ! I need Expedia explain to me !

The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, the gym was excellent, and the amenities were solid overall. Valet parking was a mixed experience—sometimes quick and efficient, other times quite slow. Unfortunately, the room felt noticeably small for a family stay and was a bit cramped. The carpet also didn’t feel particularly clean, which took away from the overall comfort. While we enjoyed several aspects of the hotel, a larger and fresher room would have made the experience much better. Still a decent stay, but the room size and cleanliness left room for improvement.”
