Wonderful hotel! Have no complaints when I had one issue I called. They took care of it immediately wasn’t even a problem. I just wasn’t pulling the handle correctly. What a great location accessible to everything, including the subway in the trains and food. I think the market could carry some more items that would be helpful but other than that, it’s a wonderful place. I loved it. I will be back.
