-The room was smaller than most five or four and a half star hotels, and the fact that the elevator only goes to the lobby and guests have to change to another elevator for the fitness center or other places was very troublesome. It wasn't easy to find our bearing in the hotel with how the hotel was designed. -The room looked a bit rundown with with the condition of the carpet and furniture -The hotel architecture itself was beautiful with a 4A garden behind it -The complimentary hanfu experience was a pleasant surprise. Taking photos within the hotel is an activity on its own. -The fitness center had functional tools like Swiss balls and massage rollers but it wasn't open 24 hours. It closed at 10:30pm. A point to note for those who like to work out or a good stretch at night -The check-in was slow and a bit inefficient.

酒店设施有点老，住过多家文华这是唯一没有Toto的。还没有化妆镜。 酒店服务还可以。因为有点偏，给住店客人提供2公里免费接驳服务。去IFC、东方明珠、正大广场都方便。 早餐不错，选择很多。感觉是个好一点的商务酒店。

地理位置方便、環境整潔、整體很舒適，人員親切，是上海的唯一選擇。
