Wonderful Stay with Great Hospitality — Some Areas to Improve.We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Sentosa, and overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience.A special shoutout to the all-day dining restaurant team serving breakfast and dinner — they were truly exceptional. The food quality, variety, and presentation were excellent, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made every meal delightful. In fact, we chose to dine in every day purely because of the experience they created. The property itself has a very calming and positive vibe. The ambience is serene, the surroundings are beautiful, and the staff across the hotel are courteous and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing birds and peacocks freely roaming around — it added a unique charm to the overall experience. That said, there are a few areas where the property could improve: Cleanliness near reception area Upon arrival, the restrooms near the reception were not clean. While the staff responded promptly once informed, a more proactive approach to upkeep—especially in high-visibility areas—would significantly enhance the first impression. Swimming pool safety (especially for kids) The swimming pool is not particularly kid-friendly. It can feel unsafe for children without flotation support such as life jackets or inflatable tubes. Additionally, the lifeguard presence felt passive — there was limited proactive monitoring or intervention, which is an area that needs attn.

Congratulations to the management and staff of Equarius Hotel, great job from the moment we arrived, staff were so attentive, helped us to unload our luggages, assist us to the check in counter, helping us to check in is a breeze… Handed a lollipop to my 2 years old granddaughter to keep her entertained is simply so thoughtful while we check in …what surprised us is the decoration in our room to celebrate our anniversary in so detailed, beautiful and amazing … Thank you so much for the hospitality and effort in making our staycation so memorable…

The hospitality at the W in Sentosa is unmatched! The breakfast was absolutely incredible and our experience couldn’t have been any better. The shuttle around Sentosa island was an added bonus and we even used the bus to VivoCity. Nana was one of the highlights of our stay, my kids looked forward to seeing her every morning. Thank you for making our stay in Singapore an unforgettable one!
