This place was extremely disappointing. Starting with the shuttle. I had called the day before arrival and let them know when i would be arriving and confirmed the pick up times and location of shuttle when I arrived. I was there 30 minutes before the shuttle was scheduled. I had called again and let them know where I was. They said to look for a shuttle with the hotel name on it no such shuttle ever came. I called 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time and they sent an unmarked shuttle came and left already so I had to pay for transportation to get to the hotel when one of the main reasons I’ve booked is that they advertised it as free hotel shuttle when I arrived and talked to the front desk agent, they did not care and sent me to my room where a piece of paper was waiting saying that the hotel would be shutting down all power Wi-Fi and hot water!!!!. I don’t know how they were allowed to sell a room like that. There was no elevator i had to go down the dark very sketchy staircase through a weird area, even to get to the lobby The only reason I gave it two stars because it is a decent location the blanket was moldy which really sent me over the edge. I had to leave book another room and got no refund very little help from Expedia as well. I’ve been learning more that I need to step away from Expedia. I’ve been trying to upload pictures of blankets, but the Expedia app doesn’t even work for that so
