The TV switched on twice and the bathroom's shower suddenly open in the midnight. So Scare!

The hotel room is very clean and tidy, all the staff are very nice and helpful

Convenient location in reasonable price. Very close to Clarke Quay MRT, 5 minutes walk and you’ll get there. 15 minutes to reach the heart of Chinatown. 10 minutes walk to the Fair Price supermarket. Two convenient stores within 100 metres. Provide very basic breakfast and the staff there is nice and friendly. Most of the front desk staff are friendly too. The facilities inside the room is a little disappointing. The air conditioner has noise after opening it for some time. No clothes hangers in the bath room, though hangers can be found near the front door, they are fixed there and cannot be taken out for use in the bath room. The sound insulation of the room need improving as you may hear your neighbours chatting and their television sound late at night.

房間空間大而且舒適，有很好的景觀，酒店設計新穎，捷運站到酒店連接有蓋通道，落雨亦無需擔遮。無邊際泳池景觀亦很好，雖然不大但感覺很好。酒店職員親切友善，有問題會盡量替顧客解決且提供最好方案。總括而言很滿意這次入住，誠意推薦各旅遊人士。

This is the second time I stayed here. The house keeping did not change/clean the tea cups for one night. The air-conditioning was a bit too cold. All other aspects meet my expectation.

位置方便(近mrt station)，員工友善，房間整體比預期更好，黑白的主題色和簡約風格令我感到十分休閒
