Clean room though body wash and hand wash pumps were empty in main bedroom , staff were accommodating. Breakfast was fine though not much choices to choose. Pool was indoor so kids enjoyed a lot.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Beautifully redecorated rooms, with plenty of space for families and stunning views of the water. Restaurants and bars really well appointed, and centrally located for a staycay that feels beachy whilst easy access to the city. The bar is quite noisy on fri/sat as filters into the beachfront rooms, generally OK but harder when travelling with kids. Some fabulous staff and a few less so, hence the 4/5 for that.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby places. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Room was actually great size. I think because of the shape of the building I had a comfortable lounge space plus bed and then some of extra room. Bathroom needed updating. Shower pressure wasn’t so good. And bring ear plugs as noise from city street isn’t blocked out too well. But overall I enjoyed my stay, would stay again.

Excellent place and great location.

Room was clean, staff were great and helpful. Didn't use the bar or have breakfast as we had the kids just for 1 nights stay but definitely looked enjoyable. Will definitely stay again if we have to travel anywhere nearby again

Good location,,big room with 2 queen beds, bathroom is big too plus a small kitchen inside. But some small parts are not in good shape.
