We really thought this was excellent. The location in Asakusa was great, the apartment was spacious (even with two teenage boys and all their mess!), and the sauna an added bonus which we used a couple of times in the morning when woke up early from jet lag! Had everything we needed and helped make our first few nights in Tokyo really easy and memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Monday Ginza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Tokyo. What truly made the stay special was the staff—they were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very well taken care of.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Grand Monday Ginza to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip even better!

What a spectacular and magical way to end my three week stay in Japan. This is an incredible hotel to luxuriate and enjoy the quiet setting and beautiful garden. Absolutely heavenly dinner and breakfast at Miyuki restaurant. The Tokyo moon/Sea of clouds exhibit and the garden itself is reason for staying. Large capacious rooms and comfortable beds. Only thing I was sad about is that I wasn't sure how to communicate to accept the turndown service and the newspaper. But beautiful property. Not central location for sightseeing but excellent for unwinding and restful enjoyment.

Loved loved loved waking up and having breakfast at the hotel and then heading out for the day! It is what we miss the most. It was the most serene way to start the day. The spa treatment was so soothing and relieving!

Great for families, especially with young kids. Our room had a nice space for the kids to play that felt like their own. Laundry and a refrigerator were a huge plus! Staff is so kind and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!
