The hotel was very well presented and run professionally, however a few minor things let the experience down. I stayed in one of the suits and the shower drain was blocked, so it flooded the bathroom floor. There was an open bottle of champagne in the fridge on arrival, no cutlery or plates, and I could not find a bathrobe. Whilst basic/minor issues, it still had an affect on the experience and this information is solely intended to bring awareness to the importance of getting the basics right, and for constructive feedback purposes without I'll intent. All other things considered, I could not fault the establishment of staff and would happily stay again.
