Stayed for 8 days. The original room given was too noisy, thanks to Bella from the front desk for her effort and swiftness, I was allocated a quieter room at the north wing.
The room was spacious and clean. One of the best bed I have slept on, so comfortable and fluffy.
The restaurant at the 12th floor has a modern design. It is spacious with good ambience. Breakfast spread was acceptable.
A very good location as mentioned by many reviewers.
Overall, I had a great stay !

Staff were all very nice, breakfast was very good, we didnt request makeup for room but hotel left a bag of fresh towels, coffee capsules outside door. Very pleasantly surprised. View and room was great, overall very satisfied.

I’ve stayed in the hot for 3 days, the most annoying thing I found is the room i booked needs transportation to get from main building, maybe it’s excellent if you have a car, just not for us. And the facilities in room takes time to understand, like the projector and the screen, they don’t have English option. And I tried to use the outdoor tub, I can’t find the turn on switch. The tooth brush and paste are not free to use. The breakfast is not included, it costs about 60 canadian dollars per person. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it’s your first time in Jeju. it takes 13-15 canadian dollars from downtown/airport to this hotel and not many taxis in christmas time.
