Staff are helpful and knowledgable. We approach them a lot of times during our stay. They always answer our enquiries patiently.
The spa, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are definitely a highlight of this hotel.

The hotel has a bit of walking from the Chamonix mont blanc station and if you are with luggages it can be quite painful. room is clean and bed is comfortable. Shower is weak though, you need to run the tap on hot water for 10min and then shower for another 5 until it gets hot.
