The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. Even after staying for several days, they still remembered the guests and would greet them proactively. The hotel’s environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Aside from the hotel’s spa, which I wouldn’t recommend, everything else was a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It takes 10 mins walk to all the restaurants and shops near central market. The hotel staff are all very friendly (Heap and Sarah were especially good). The breakfast is of good varieties and overall we enjoyed a lot in the hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from room to breakfast to the spa to the location to airport pickup and drop off. The staff are exceedingly helpful and polite. Will definitely stay there again if going back to Hanoi.
