Didn’t get to use the pool

We ordered the chicken quesadillas & the pizza off the room service menu. Hardly any chicken in the quesadillas. Ordered (and paid for) extra pepperoni on the pizza. There definitely wasn't extra pepperoni on that pizza, plus there was a 2-inch border of plain crust. I hardly ever complain about anything, but A-V-O-I-D ordering room service food! Convenient, yes, but you'd be much, much better off (and happier) going downstairs and ordering food to go from the many cafes/bistros/restaurants in the food court.

Everything was wonderful! We will stay here again!

The staff was helpful and our room on the 27th floor was nice. We had a variety of places to eat at the resort. I left a few items in the room and after contacting the resort the items were found and will be shipped to my home.

Clean room. Wolfgang Puck has a great breakfast. Make a reservation if you want to have breakfast at Avenue Cafe. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's chilly in the Casino so be sure to bring a sweater. Temperature could be 1 or 2 degrees warmer. Excellent place to stay. Love the Monorail.

We got a free upgrade to a sky suite and the view was beautiful.

It was nice having access to other MGM properties parking garages and pools throughout my stay.

Air conditioner was good. only one problem with the bathroom hot water came out of the cold water spout. when the technician came to see what we were saying he agreed and said the shower valve was broken and its connected to the sink if you leave the shower in the hot water mode it affects the sinks. I've neve seen a system like that before he repaired it and the issue was still present. You must remember to set the shower in the cold position after every shower . Go figure Atlantic please fix it and keep the plumbing simple.
