I booked this hotel months in advance, but upon arrival I was informed that no room was available because they had overbooked. I had taken a night flight, meaning the hotel had the entire day to notify me, yet they failed to do so. Instead, I arrived exhausted only to wait while they arranged a relocation to their sister property — which turned out to be a downgrade from what I had originally booked. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the lack of communication and consideration for my circumstances.

Room was big and nice design…too much walk from parking to the room, wayyyyy to far….pool was freezing cold, and the area too noise since airport is right next, couldn’t even relax…will skip this property next time!
