Good location, but poor service attitude
The hotel's location is good. However, we're not happy with the front desk clerks. As we had 3 people stayed there for 2 nights and we asked if we can change to a bigger room, even they don't have a room for 3. They answered that the hotel was fully booked. Schönes Deutschland. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist unglaublich herzlich und freundlich. Es gibt alles, was Sie im Haus brauchen. Tolle Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse. Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen.
