“订的是最便宜的无窗户的房间，才一百多一点，房间干净整洁，配了热水壶，袋装咖啡，前台接待很贴心，服务态度好，不过拖鞋牙膏牙刷电吹风需要自备。酒店位置很好，附近有几个中餐馆，还有一条酒吧街，离LOWYATPLAZA，双子塔KLCC等商场近，总体来说性价比高。”

“Both of our two rooms were arranged at 18/F, the floor right below the restaurant. Big and frequent noise of foot step and moving futniture from the restaurant occured every night, non-stop, until 2am which was extremely disturbing. Besides, no information during our booking that both rooms were "No window type", which also surprised us. The only merit about this hotel was its convenient location. ”

“电梯等太久”

“Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally……

“no way to contact the agency to arrange key pick up because the contact number shown in hotels.com is not a valid number didnt receive any email in advance so we didnt know that we have to register at the security guide. already asked the management office but the officer there has no clue which agency that i book for which hotels.com confirmation didnt show up.. ending up the officer called another agency people to come and realised that i am not booked with them, they then advised me to go……

“The good: location, size of room, kitchenette, smart TV, pool (if you can use it) and price. The rest: Check-in (3pm) and check-out (11am) are a little late/early based on my experience. Requests for early/late check-in/out were met with a curt response telling me the regular timings. You also must pay to leave luggage. Not sure why 4h is needed to turn around rooms as ours was not clean. A toothpaste cap and bottle lid were found around the fridge, a straw wrapper in the bathroom, rings left……

“Had a quality time with family. Swimming Pool and shopping mall were very nearby. My kids, they loved the environment and surroundings. Staffs were helpful, provided everything we needed and wanted. Thanks a lot for that. Full marks for that 💯 Recommended. ”

“以背包客的心態來說，真的非常方便。鄰近的環境非常熱鬧，離吉隆坡塔、雙子星大樓都不遠，走路15-20分鐘就可以到了。亞羅街美食更是5分鐘路程就可以到。晚上的夜店很近很熱鬧，第一次到吉隆坡，對於這個地點非常滿意。”

“Having stayed there 5 years ago marked drop in standards. Had to change room due to leaking aircon. No toaster supplied all rooms why? Lifts very slow but our second room on 33rd floor great views and much better standard. Great location and desk staff excellent. Would stay there again.”

“We were at the location but couldnt get hold of the property’s. We called more than 10 times and finally managed to speak to someone told us the room is not ready. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. Seems that hotel.com did not informed that we are checking in. I was so surprised with the kind of services that hotel.com is providing and reason not……
