"Efficient check in, helpful staff. Nice bright room, but no closet. Small bathroom, clean but there’s a smell from the sink drain. There is a stopper to prevent the smell from coming out, but you have to open it to let the water drain. "

"We had a garden room and mirror in bathroom or bedroom are not suitable to do make up or shave one in bathroom can’t get near it as sink then a shelf! As going son’s wedding this was a big disappointment! "

"Hotel was beautiful, and very clean staff were great and friendly, very polite Food was fresh and plentiful It was a very busy night with a wedding going on and lots of cruise passengers, but service was still spot on Only little complaint if you can call it that was burn stains in the carpet in the bedroom, it had been covered by the waste bin but it didnt affect the overall break Will definitely be retruning for another stay "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

"We arrived a bit late but the chap who checked us in was lovely. He greeted our dog before us, which I think is a good sign. Very friendly with good humour. Room was massive. The double bed was huge!!!!. Slept like a baby. I will stay here again. "
