「delicious breakfast with many choices of cheese and bread, hot soup, ham etc. spacious room can see matterhorn sunrise. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. 」

「The hotel is close to train station and popular spots for taking great photos with Matterhorn. We booked a room with a balcony with Matterhorn view. The room is spacious and neat. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There are numerous breakfast choices which are tasty and fresh. However, there is currently construction work outside the hotel that there is some noise during daytime. Luckily the impact to enjoy the stunning view is minimal. I will highly recommend choosing Alpine Hotel...

「酒店距離火車站步行3－5分鐘，地理位置很方便，房間應該剛剛裝修完，有很大陣木香味，但房間完全沒有冷氣，3日兩2夜住宿都要全程開窗，洗手間沖涼花洒水流極之慢，沖洗不夠2分鐘完全沒有水流出，第二天早上通知酒店職員下午待我和家人行完山到房維修，當我們回到酒店實在太熱，所以立即沖洗，之後通知酒店職員今天不用維修，因為明天會離開，但維修員仍然上門硬要處理，理由是明天有其它工作要做，真讓人费解。」

「Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!」
