The property was great! A bit on the older side but that was as expected. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. Being in the middle of an alpine village, some of the walking was steeper but not too bad. Loved the balcony. I’d stay there again if I’m back in the area.

The staff was 100% top-notch. The hotel was perfect and clean! The breakfast was extraordinary! This is definitely someplace that I would consider staying again! I really felt looked after and that we had no worries for the entire stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alpenblick. The reception team were so helpful and gave us some really helpful tips about places to hike to. And it team at breakfast were fantastic too! We enjoyed the views from the shared balcony too. A lovely place from which to explore Zermatt

Alpenblick is a priceless gem at the foot of the Matterhorn! The hotel and grounds are beautiful! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and the food delicious. It was very peaceful and relaxing during our stay and the best part of our vacation!

Really great experience staying in Zermatt! Medium distance walk from the train, still very easy. They do offer transportation for a very reasonable fee. My room was advertised as having a Matterhorn view, did it ever!! I opened the curtains, and there it was! Perfectly framed in the doorway. I could see it from the bed as well. Very generous breakfast each morning. Lovely patio with abundant flowers. I will definately stay here on my next trip to Zermatt. PS, They have apartments in the building across the street, I was able to use the laundy there, very convenient!

We booked a room with balcony or garden with Matterhorn view. Only to find out that there is a huge crane right in front of the yard blocking the view. The hallway has old , not well ventilated buildings smell . The room is clean, however. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good too.
