"The hotel was great for its value. The room was very cozy and functional although being small. It was super clean as well and the bathroom was very nice and modern. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff. No AC but it wasn’t a problem at all, I asked for a fan when I checked in in the afternoon, but in general it’s ok with the window open. Happy that there’s an elevator too."

"位置優越，由車站步行到酒店只需要5分鐘，行出大路已經有超市，很多餐廳，去山上的車站亦只需要步行5－10分鐘便可以到達。早餐很豐富，用餐地方環境大，酒店很大間但亦不會覺得擠擁，隔音設備亦算不錯。唯一是露台環境比較簡單，如果有桌子會較好。"

"要洗澡才發現房間沒有吹風機，第一次遇到，不確定是飯店忘記，還是要主動詢問，在其他飯店沒有這個情況，但櫃檯已下班，隔天才能索取；其他部分都很不錯。"

"Unfortunately, The spa is like a kids' swimming pool amusement park that cannot make people relax, and the onsen - the reason I choose Alpen Resort - is broken and only featured slightly warm water."

"飯店離策馬特火車站有一段距離，如果有行李務必要搭乘計程車。但飯店的位置離馬特洪峰又更近，很適合想要一早追日出的人，並且飯店早餐很棒，我還會想要再住一次。"
