「A very pleasant stay in a very nice village that we used as our base for a trip to Zermatt (driving to Täsch in the morning). The sofa bed is not the best to sleep on but it works fine for a couple of nights. I couldn’t figure out if there was any kind of ventilation, so it got a little too warm at night in the middle of July, but overall a very good experience, I would love to come back. Saas-Fee is a rather small place and I was a bit worried that everything would be closed since it is summer,...

「Great place! Exactly as described and pictured. It was perfect for my needs. It was nice to have a kitchen and a terrace. Sitting outside and watching the trains come and go was fun. There is a bit of an incline to get to the place, but the climb was worth it. It’s in a very quiet part of Zermatt, but a 10-15 minute walk to anywhere in town. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again.」

「Host responds pretty quickly, although we didn’t receive our check-in instructions in advance. The unit was smaller than we expected (cozy) but it was clean. The entrance to the unit was dark, lights weren’t working. The main lights were not working, the 2 light switches to the right of the door upon entering the unit did nothing when pressed. We had to manually switch on lights scattered around the unit. We only got 1 small (mini travel size) shampoo and body wash bottles each, which had to...

「Thankfully this wasn’t my first trip to Saas-Fee or I’d never go back…
I’ve been going for more than 10 years and we have a place in the village but needed somewhere bigger to accommodate family.
Topline… the place is well past its sell by date and the interaction with the hosts - Saas Holidays - wasn’t great.
On arrival we had our apartment number on our booking and told the concierge on the phone. He said that he didn’t have the booking reference so as long as we had the number on our...
