「房間有點小，臨路的房間很吵，基本的熱水壺都沒有，想要煮熱水都沒辦法，離湖很近，方便但不怎麼優的飯店！」

「酒店的服务专业，周到，窝在客房的沙发里就能俯瞰欧肯纳根湖令人心旷神怡。唯一美中不足的是房间里没有咖啡壶和热水壶，让想喝热水或者咖啡的我们感到不方便。」

「My daughter and I stayed here for two nights recently.Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.Beds super comfortable.It did get a littke hot at night but there was a heatwave so it was understandable.Most of our time was spent reading with a glass of wine on the beautiful deck.It had a wonderful hottub and koi pond.Our favorite thing was the host.We had the most wonderful breakfast and both our plates were empty after.Anything we needed she was s text away.We had some frozen goods and...

「The photos do not do justice, this place is stunning! You're made to feel so welcome and comfortable, and it is so comfy it's untrue. The kitchen has everything and every gadget you will ever need. Fantastic basics for cooking, spices, oil etc. Having your own fitness room and hot tub was wonderful. Everything was really clean, it was warm and cosy too.」

「Apartment needs upgrading, the appliances are old, carpeting worn, outside furniture needs replacing as it is dangerous.」

「The kitchen frying pans were badly warped making it difficult to cook an egg and impossible to flip with only a huge bbq flipper. Coffee pot is an antique and the water resivoir was filthy. The clothes dryer was broken. The pull out hide a bed was TERRIBLY uncomfortable for our grandson to sleep on. It was also very noisy, the rest of us listened to the creaking noises it made every time he moved. On day four we asked at the front desk for some fresh towels and to have the garbage emptied....

「Property manager inefficient; had to ask several times for WiFi #; limited TV stations, water leak from Dishwasher for 3 days--no repair. Fridge an antique. Shower on a hose! I do not recommend...」
