「The cleaning service was great. Hotel room was clean and was very close to haram and continent. The door frame seemed to be damage at some point and it was difficult to close the door unless you let it slam. It was impossible to get room service. Given the limited food options due to COVID, it would have been nice to be able to get room service but there was no information about it in the room. The numbers reception gave us were unanswered.
