“We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cottage. It is part of an ancient castello, as a separate little house (the old mill) and with all modern amenities, lovingly restored. The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside. “Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !”

“Für alle die die Ruhe lieben, und vom Alltagstrubel weg wollen. Das kleine Städtchen Radicofani ist nicht weit um sich mit dem nötigsten zu versorgen. Ein Rundgang lohnt sich ebenfalls. Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in Tagesausflug-Distanz. Das Haus ist mitten in der Natur gelegen und bietet innen und aussen viel Platz.”

“Our family of 11 stayed at the villa in early June. The owner and manager of the property were available and very helpful. The Villa was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the pool. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view. Grocery and small shopping mall very close. Easy access to the towns in Tuscany. Highly recommended!”

“Some may call it extravagant to rent an 8 bedroom house for two people, but I call it brilliant. This place is wonderful for the obvious reasons: the view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the copious space, the charming home. But, the secret and most clutch amenity is named Alice. She has exquisite taste and knows everyone and everything surrounding the property. She helped us get to the best butcher, and arrange the tours that truly made our trip magical. “We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The owner was communicative and offered great suggestions. This place is very special. We would highly recommend……

“We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa.”

“Une superbe région avec de beaux endroits et villages atypique et historiques. Des commerces de proximités et des supers marchés. Certaines choses sont très compétitives aux niveaux tarifs et d'autres un peu excessifs. Le complexe et super, on sait très bien senti en famille et même des couples se se sentiront bien. Car nous avons trouvé de manière générale des familles respectueuses rien à voir avec certains complexes touristiques. L'appartement était de bien avec une climatisation centrale……

“We had 8 people, 4 sisters and our adult daughters. The Villa was big enough to easily accommodate us. It was the perfect location to stay while venturing out to all the cities and towns that we wanted to see. The train to Florence was only 15 minutes away and it was a quick 1.5 hours to the most beautiful city in the world. The host, Raffaelle, is on property a lot. At first it was awkward, but he is the nicest man and so sweet, that it worked out just fine. There is no instruction manual in……
