“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! “Le personnel est au top, l'hôtel bénéficie de nombreux équipements et est bien entretenu. Les cuisiniers sont très compétents mais la qualité de la matière première n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous. La fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain a entraîné l'apparition de cafards puis de fourmis. La fuite de la chasse d'eau n'était toujours pas réparée 11 jours plus tard malgré le coût élevé de l'eau”
