Stayed here for four nights prior to a cruise from Valletta, great location to explore Malta, most places are €12 in an Uber. Restaurant was great with food always hot and with a good selection. Would definitely recommend.

First off...the location is good with wonderful views if you get an ocean view suite. If you get an inside room, especially on a lower floor...forget privacy. Our major problem is the rooms are WAY overpriced. We had a 10th floor suite, and within 1 day, had to move out because of sewer gas smells in the room were so strong we couldn't sleep there (Room 1052 - avoid at all costs!). Then we moved to room 469 for a night so they could attempt to fix the other room. We were told they fixed the smell issue in 1052, but since we moved out, we couldn't return because that was an upgrade! After arguing forever, we were told we could move back to 1052. They fixed nothing! They deodorized the shower and luckily we were departing early the next day because the next morning the sewer smell was getting stronger! Anyways, they also need to change up the breakfast buffet....almost always the same bland foods. We make multiple trips to Malta each year...we will avoid this hotel from now on and make sure our friends know of the issues also.

I checked into my first room: The toilet flush didn't stop. The bed linen, pillows and duvets has an awful smell- almost like someone has urinated on them. Room service came immediately but the guy was very dismissive and said he couldn't smell anything: not a surprise as he was appropriately dressed in uniform and more like a painter. People walking around topless: I mentioned this to reception staff and they said there is a sign but they didn't have the courage to tell the customers not to walk around like that at reception. Also, there was a noise issue: the sea view portion of the hotel is nice, but the main central bit is like a run down council estate.

I have stayed here on many previous occasions & this hotel is very good. I however on this visit was not overly impressed with the service due to the performance of organising a later check out & also being locked out of my room due to this.

I really liked our stay in Qawra Palace Resort. We stayed there for 3 nights. The room was huge. Breakfast options were great. We didn't have a chance to use their outdoor/indoor pool or the gym as we were outside all day long and the facilities close earlier around 7pm. The location is also good, good bus service to Valetta and other places.

Stayed for a week in Qawra with a terrace room. The room was so spacious and the terrace was sea facing which was beautiful. The only tricky part is using the lifts if you're on a high up floor (we were floor 9) so waiting for a lift to get up or down took a while! Either way, the stay was great and the food options were brilliant. The pizza was the best part!!

Simply one of the best hotels ever stayed. Rooms (at least the high-floor ones) are spacious and newly renovated. We have been assigned of a wide sea view room at 9th floor. Services are great and vary: several restaurants and bars, internal and external pools, live entertainment, animation team, super-equipped gym, SPA, etc. Top cleanliness everywhere. Abundance of free parking nearby (in Dec/Jan). We could upgrade our B&B formula to breakfast dinner one at a cost of 48€/night/two people, that's super convenient considering the buffet all you can drink formula, and the good-quality food. High value for price, so highly recommended!
