「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「the hotel is real near to beach, the view is good, the food is good, but (1) parking space is not yet ready! (2) the room quality is very normal! 」

「Great pool upstairs, nice restaurant, friendly staff and very helpful. The food was good and the drinks even better! Walkable to all things st. Julian’s, so many places to eat and shop… the room itself was so pleasant. Very new and clean and the daily cleaning was well done. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. Overall 10/10.」

「I enjoy the stay at the hotel. My room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staffers are nice and friendly. The bus stop to Valletta and airport is just situated in front of the hotel. San Julian's is within easy reach, say 5 to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and quality resturants are easy to get. Malta is great.」
