“Staff were useless”

“The room was clean to an excellent standard. A varied choice at breakfast was provided and the staff were very very helpful even when I had a challenge with the temperature in the room. It will sort it out within two minutes.”

“Food was excellent for 4 star all inc, evening entertainment was a little repetitive. All the facilities were great esp the spa and indoor pool”

“Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good. Location near St Paul's Bay, can access to different parts of Malta easily via Uber. ”

“Great breakfast, room is simply but clean.”

Also the jacuzzi was nice to enjoy in the evening after visiting the Island. This was a reary nice experience and I recommend it.”

“Das neuen Schwimmbad (pool) war nicht mein Ding.”

It has to be what is on the menu with no deviations.”

“The room is not in the hotel; it's in the Canifor hotel, the upside of this is you get the Canifor facilities, the downside is getting to the room is the long way.”

“Basic hotel but served it's purpose”

There was no TV or Wi-Fi available for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient and did not meet my expectations for the accommodation advertised. Communication was also poor. “Property is well situated. 2 mins from bus stops, very busy road though. Room was big, clean and staff were very helpful, giving us recommendations of where to go in Malta. Downside to the room was that there are no outside views, windows in the room are internal so no natural light. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection.”
