“The apartment was fully equipped with everything required. It was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living/dining areas. The television has Netflix, YouTube etc, lots of entertainment to watch. The apartment is very well situated and is close to the bus stops. The rooftop sun trap with an added bonus of of hot tubs. An excellent place to stay for a holiday and would definitely recommend Horizon Suites.”

“Excellent staff who were very helpful. Lovely room and facilities. The hotel is really good value and with good location. Good transport link to get anywhere. Let down on the day before leaving only by the cleaning of the room which was not done despite calling reception to say that we'd accidently broken a glass and the floor needed cleaning for safety reasons. We cleaned as best as we could but very wary of stepping on tiny glass shards. ”

“newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.”

“I feel some people complain for the sake of it. Yes, there is building work going on in the square that can be nosey if the balcony door is open, it’s public knowledge, the information has been available on Google since February. I had the seafront view apartment. The apartment is great. It’s clean, modern, has all the cooking appliances, ice cold aircon. Locations fine, near shops, restaurants, 5 mins from the seafront. I’d recommend you do get the safety door fixed at the front to give……

“Very nice hotel, easy parking in January although busy at weekends, Sea view room on 5th floor. Sockets by bedside, both sides. Choice of three resteraunts plus bar with coffee, cakes and drinks.Although buffet dinner is dependant on the hotel having enough guests or it is closed. Good acces for disabled except indoor pool as there is no lift and a significant starcase. Acess woul need to be had by travelling outside and having the emergancy exit opened for disabled access. overall good value……
