「Most aspects of this hotel were very good. I would stay here again. But NOT in room 16 (which has a bath and fixed shower in the main room). Otherwise: (1) GOOD THINGS were the staff; cleanliness; location; breakfast; the bed; 24/7 accessibility; the towels; the dressing gowns; storage; communications; and the complimentary umbrella; (2) COULD DO BETTER THINGS were the safe - not big enough for a laptop; the duvets - why have two single duvets when you’re staying in a double bed; the cold floor...
