「Chose The Feathers because of its town centre position and its glorious historic architecture. Lovely helpful staff! The room was spacious and just right, toiletries and dressing gowns were good. Housekeeping was very slightly off but didn’t affect our enjoyment. 」

「This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.」

「Absolutely loved this Hotel. Surroundings were stunning & eating was extremely convenient. Any suggestions for improvements? Yes, the WiFi did not work from the room & even down stairs one had to jump through hoops for only momentary connection. That aside, everything else was world class including always polite reception & room cleaning staff. 」
