「Felt safe as a female solo traveller. Lovely building and great staff. Unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to get to the rooftop bar, there was an event on for a couple days. Only criticism I have is that the pillows were not suitable for me (too soft) so I had to buy one」

「Great location. You can walk to Metro (Rogier) and shopping mall (City 2) within 5 minutes. Although there are some homeless on the street, it is still safe around the hotel. The front desk staff are super helpful. They help me to photocopy document and tell me the direction of my school. That's why I extend 1 week in this hotel. I would definitely choose Thon Hotel if I visit Brussels in the future. I will recommondend to my friends too. 」

「Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. 」
