「Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. 」

「The continental breakfast was the basic of the basic. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. 」

「This is a wonderful place to stay! We made Inverness it base for a few days while exploring the Highlands. The room was a good size and had all the amenities one would want. Every employee we encountered was very nice and helpful. The hotel was easy to find annd parking was easy. The only downside was that we had one dinner at the restaurant and it wasn’t the greatest (it’s possible that was because we had dinner right before closing).」

「Very nice hotel with a beautiful garden area. We had an issue with ants in our room but they took care of it right away. We were in a garden room. It had a nice patio area, wonderful shower and comfortable bed. They have a restaurant/ bar on site. Great bar area for a snack or light dinner after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was nice and convenient the following morning. I highly recommend this hotel. 」

「What a great place this is!! Between the restaurant and the brewery it’s fantastic. We were treated to live music out on the patio at the brewery which was a lovely surprise. The staff at reception were helpful and welcoming. Our room was quaint and immaculate. I would highly recommend you stay here. 」

「Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.」

「房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。」

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住」

「酒店不論是地理位置、員工、早餐、淋浴設備及床鋪都很好。 惟房間隔音太差，我經常在房間都會聽到隔壁房間在講話，隔壁孩子在跳來跳去的聲音也很清楚。有人在走廊上走動，樓上房間的人在走動我也聽得一清二楚的。 但整體而言，這酒店除了比較吵這個問題外，還算舒適。」

「Es un hotel muy lindo, nos hospedamos en una júnior suite con espacios muy bien distribuidos y una vista muy linda de los jardines. Habitación muy espaciosa. El staff muy lindo y cooperador. Importante mencionar que no hay elevador en la propiedad. Es un hotel que está en las afueras de Inverness y es muy silencioso. Sin embargo es necesario para llegar a cualquier sitio turístico transportarte en vehículo.」
