「Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again.」

「Plesent stay. Lovely gentlemen greeted us and checked us in. Room was small but clean. I did find the bed a bit hard and uncomfortable but it did for a night away. It was in a ideal place just a short walk to the front. How ever parking is very limited and it was full but the time we got there Over all happy with the stay x 」

「Did not get the chance to stay at Fairview on Albert rd. Shut down when I arrived ,and told they left the premises more then a few months ago .very annoyed especially when I booked it last October 2016 .... through travigo.」

「The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice」

「Hotel was pet friendly.The room was very spacious. The furniture needed modernised and decor freshened up. But our overall experience was very good 」

「Hotel is massively dated and the room was just poor , very old n stunk of damp. The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. 」
