「We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future.」

They phoned me on the day of my stay saying that Expedia had made a mistake and they had to relocate my stay to a different hotel with a bog standerd room with a lovely room (not) facing the car park but theres only one thing i didn't book threw Expedia ..they ripped us off ...」
