"The beds are good. The street is calm. The staff is nice and speaks english atop of german. The Phantasia Land shuttle is near. The parking (10 euros per night) is not far, but is a bit difficult with 5 meters cars. There was no key for the bathroom, which is accessible from either two separate rooms, thus we had to make rules ( knock on door before entering the bathroom/toilet ). It was spacious and well appointed, but the carpet was wrinkled in a way that it looked like it hadn’t been laid properly. "The hotel is the other side of the railway from the town centre so has to be reached by tunnel under the station - the nearest one is ok but the next one was not nice and there were people begging outside the supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel, however is fine - my room was large enough with fridge and good wardrobe and although my room looked down on the railway platforms I didn't hear anything when the window was closed. I would use it again."

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The food was excellent and the views over the Rhine were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and I liked the fact that I could practice my German without them immediately going into English! My only small complaint was that I would have liked a bathtub in the bathroom which was spacious enough to have one. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel and we hope to come again sometime."

"I was not happy about not having AC in the rooms. Bonn is very hot and all they were able to provide was a desk fan. I opened the window slightly and when I returned from my meeting, I found it locked with no key to open it. Except for breakfast, they were unable to provide sandwiches or any substantial snacks - only chocolates and sweets. The advertising of this hotel on Expedia is highly overrated. This is not a four-star hotel. "

"Good hotel, and would be better if the outside check-in kiosk would work. It didn’t, and not just for me but for multiple people. It’s an issue if you want to check in late. Another improvement would be if I could charge my EV in the garage. But staff is very friendly, breakfast is very good, bathroom is clean. TV is not very user friendly, with dozens of channels that are not available but you have to page through."

"The location was great and the room was spacious! The location was convenient to the train and so many shops and restaurants. I liked that they provided a fan in the room because it did get a little warm and it didn’t seem like the room had AC. I was a bit disappointed because it said it had laundry facilities and laundry service but they didn’t and when we asked, they were helpful in searching for a location for us to do laundry at. "
