Only complaint was one day we spent at the pool was the same day they were cleaning the rooftop bar so we were basically "rained" on from whatever they were using to clean the roof. We did complain but it took awhile for the manager to get them to stop.」

「Overall I had a pleasant stay at AC Marriott. I got the room I had booked and was relatively pleased with the amenities. The bathroom was also extremely clean, spacious and well equipped. The bedding was very clean, soft and comfy. The only drawback is the half ocean view due to building on the left side. It does obstruct you from having a true full ocean view. 「Room wasn't ready at 4pm for check-in. This wasn't communicated very well and only a brief, single-sentence apology was offered. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself is fine; pretty good for the price point. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything you'd like.
