“I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!”

“The smell in the room is very bad, the sanitation is not clean, the kitchen is very old, the swimming pool is not available, the attitude of the staff is very bad, and the overall feeling is very unhappy”

“Overall this hotel provided a comfortable stay. I had a suite with full kitchen and the room was very accommodating. The staff left me with mixed feelings of customer service. Some were friendlier than others and this applied to front desk as well as the cielo bar. the food was a bit of a hit and miss however i did enjoy the majority of offerings especially a really well prepared steak on my last days stay there. I liked the aspect of parking my vehicle and being able to take an elevator……

“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. ”

“Pretty good experience! The location is great and it contains personal beach which avoid crowded as in south beach. Is is clean and have beautiful scene. The service is also great! There are always help whenever needed!”

“The parking was a little inconvenient because there aren’t many spaces in the hotel parking lot. We were told to park in front of the hotel then got a call early in the morning to move our car for someone to get out. The room was fine but very small. There are nice restaurants in the area within walking distance/short drive of the hotel. ”

“I absolutely loveddddd staying here ! It was super convenient. My friends and I didn't have a car when we went so we loved that there’s a supermarket, liquor store and plenty of food choices in the area. Not to mention that the beach is across the street. The only minor complaint I can say is that communication with the staff during the stay was a bit off. We were required to text staff if we needed something and I literally never got a response. But this didn’t bother us as much because we were……
