Stayed here with my family and it worked perfectly for us. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff made check-in easy and were always kind. Close to the beach and convenient for getting around.

The floors and showers in my room were incredibly dirty. Dust and dirt in all the corners of the room. Housekeeping was basically non existent. I had to continually ask for new towels or my garbage removed. They were not able to provide any towels at any time. They wanted me to wait for them to do a load of laundry at 9pm just to get one new bath towel. No elevators or staff to help with bags. The phone numbers listed online do not work and they never once answer my texts or calls to the front desk. Upon checking out, there was no one onsite and no one at front desk to assist. Beds were a very hard memory foam so not very comfortable. “Suites” don’t include any kitchenette, only a fridge and microwave and one fork/knife. Had to borrow plates from a friends standard room that had a full kitchenette including plates, cups, and hot plate. Very loud through the walls you can hear everything. Would not recommend.

Had a lovely stay during our Miami getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt relaxed. Staff were friendly and helpful with local tips. Great location for enjoying the beach and nearby cafés.

Staff is uninterested in its customers. Multiple employees dont even acknowledge you as customers but would rather sit in their backroom and drink their little expresso's. No toiler paper after a couple days. Batteries in the remote were dead for the whole stay even though we reported it twice. They said it was fixed twice. Lol Floors were cracked and broken which retains dirt and also causes a huge trip hazard. Tile popped as you walked on them. Air conditioning was very unconventional. No split unit but only a single in unit, on the floor, dirty, smelled moldy, and extremely loud room a/c. Beds were just above uncomfortable. No mini bar as advertised. 2 waters at $9 each, m&m's, a few toiletries. Other then that some people may enjoy it??

I stayed in the second building, so i had to walk from the first after check in, there is parking close across the street from the second building, however i was on foot and had to walk from the first at 5am in the morning not ideal, but i wasnt aware. The room itself was spotless, separate dinning area and kitchen, large clean room and a very quiet area. I can't fault the room or facilities everything in that regard was perfect. The pool doesn't have much room around it, but this is clear in the pictures, however they do have sunbeds and theyve made the most of the little room they have. My flight was 8 hours delayed and the hotel were very accommodating given my arrival time ended up being the next day. I would recommend emailing them rather than messaging via contact tab on here tho.

No me gustó para nada, la habitación que nos tocó en el baño no había cortina porque supuestamente era un baño para discapacitados, había elegido una habitación con un espejo grande y un mueble y ninguna de los dos tenían cuando entramos el piso estaba sucio, las personas de recepción nos trataron malísimo, solamente hubo un señor que estuvo en recepción y el si nos trató bien pero del resto todo mal

The main property was a bit run down. Pool was being repaired. No luggage storage or early check in. When finally was checked in was advised I was booked into 'sister' property down the street. After a short walk we reached the sister property and I was pleasantly surprised. It was in a better state then the main property. Rooms were great.. full kitchen, living, dining very spacious, clean, with all amenities. Pool was operable and clean. Had I been assigned to the main property my review would have been entirely different.

Pool was closed the whole time for my stay. Room wasn’t very clean. Floors were filthy. Some of the staff was very rude especially the Gentleman who cleans the walk ways outside your door. We had our beach towels and water shoes sitting outside our door to dry he took them. When I asked what happened to them he started yelling at me telling me to go to front office. He also did it to another couple. After a hour the front desk finally located it and gave it back after taking to him. For those reasons I will never return.
