“房间没有人员打扫，楼道，房间都有一股异味，而且早上隔壁做早餐触发了火警报警一直响，前台没人处理，我六点醒了只能到车上睡觉。但房间还算是整洁的。”

“首先位置不是很好，不是很方便游览。其次酒店在各方面还有待于完善。比如清洁方面人员不够，所以没有办法每天打扫干净。只是简单了事。打电话服务台从来不接电话，就算偶尔接电话也不会给处理。电梯不够用等。”

“In a great area, located by a lot of the water activities right off of collins Ave. The room was clean, view was nice. But the police came to the hotel like 3 times that night, not sure for what. Overall a great time was had.”

“Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay.”

“Will not be staying again if return to Miami ”

“Great place to stay. Only disappointed because pool is still closed due to maintenance. Other than that the room was very clean, the hotel hallway very quiet. Some of the security are very nice while others are strict by the book. Valet is iffy. I like I don’t have to park myself but when I need to go somewhere I don’t like having to wait on it. Other than that the stay itself has been very calming and relaxing. As long as pricing stays low I’ll always rent through this company every time”

“Hotel and room were nice…. Lady at check in was very rude, we needed more towels and were told a different company does laundry and gave us a number to call. 3 days later we got clean towels. Valet parking only and they are very rude as well. I can say it was very affordable, great view of the ocean and right on the main strip close to everything ”

“I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!”

“Pretty good experience! The location is great and it contains personal beach which avoid crowded as in south beach. Is is clean and have beautiful scene. The service is also great! There are always help whenever needed!”

“酒店位置好，属于南滩的南部，远离酒吧街的吵闹。周边交通便利，从机场坐公交就能到达。酒店服务好，房间也大。但是早餐品类太少，酒店停车不方便。”
