不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
The room and hallways were very dirty. The staff on site were unwilling to address issues and said we had to wait until housekeeping came the following day. There were no other rooms avaliable in the area and it was late, so we had to stay in a dirty room. As a mother, I felt terrible. When we needed clean linens, because the duvets in the closet were all dirty, and we needed new towels, the front desk sent us through a dirty run down service hall to talk to house keeping where we had to beg for enough towels for our family bc they have a towel shortage. The view was literally the only nice thing about this stay. The balcony was even filthy. The laundry room jad a door frame with a rusty door frame with metal sticking way out. The furniture was all falling apart. I have never left a negative review, and hate that this was our kids 1st experience in Miami. If we could have found another room, we would never have stayed.
